fit out

complete
venues.

Both trades, one contract, one programme.

From a single feature piece to a complete venue, the metalwork and the joinery are drawn together, machined together and set out against each other before anything is cut, so the frame and the timber that meets it arrive as one package.

we deliver

From the staircase to the last door set.

Scope is set by the job rather than a standard list. A package typically runs from the staircase and balustrade through the bar front and back bar to the panelling, fitted furniture and the door sets between them.

Both trades drawn together, set out against each other before anything is cut.

One point of contact from the first price to the last piece fitted. No split between suppliers, no third party fabricators in the chain, and the same team on site that was in the workshop.

how a package runs

Drawing, fabrication, installation, programme.

01
drawing

Manufacturing drawings issued for approval before fabrication begins, working from whatever information you issue. Junctions resolved for fabrication and sample boards prepared.

02
fabrication

Metalwork and joinery made in the Detail workshop by the team that will install it, with plasma cutting, powder coating and patination through to finished assembly.

03
installation

Fitted by the people who made the items, phased to suit the build sequence. Quality control sits in one place from workshop to signed off snag list.
